RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS
It’s important to me that you’re happy with the products and services I provide. If your purchase is not what you expected and you wish to return it, please email info@kdfineart.co.nz, within 5 days of receipt.
You must be the original purchaser of the product and state:
- Which item(s) you wish to return or exchange;
- The reason for the return;
- The original order invoice number or account email address.
A return email will give you the details and mailing address for returning the item(s).
Ship the item(s) back in a bubble mailer or mailing tube so they arrive in their original and re-sellable condition. I recommend all returns be sent using a trackable carrier service.
Once received, a KD Fine Art Photography credit voucher will be issued for the amount originally paid, minus any shipping and postage fees. You can use this credit voucher on future purchases.
REFUNDS
Please Note: All goods will be your responsibility from the time of delivery. KD Fine Art Photography will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number. Return postage/shipping is at the expense of the purchaser and refunds will only be issued following receipt of the returned items.
PROMOTIONS
Items already purchased are not eligible for promotional pricing, when this occurs. Promotional items can be returned for a credit voucher.
When returned items have been received, a credit voucher will be issued. The credit voucher will be valid for 12 months.
For any promotion that requires you to spend a minimum amount to obtain the promotion, your order must remain above this minimum spend even after returns are processed. If you are returning items that will drop your order total below the minimum spend the promotional pricing will no longer apply and you will be charged and required to pay the balance to meet the full price for all items kept.
Credit voucher
Returned items will be issued with a credit voucher. The credit voucher will be valid for 12 months on future product purchases. A credit voucher is not redeemable for cash or a refund.
Errors or Damaged Goods
Products are packed with care and attention, to ensure the items you purchase arrive in the best possible condition.
DAMAGED GOODS – In the unfortunate event an item(s) arrives damaged, this will be replaced as soon as possible.
To help me evaluate the damage please email info@kdfineart.co.nz within 5 days of receiving the goods, with the following:
- A list of damaged item(s);
- Photographs showing the condition of the unopened package and the damaged item(s).
Any framed items offered and sent are at the buyers own risk.
MISSING PRODUCTS – Email info@kdfineart.co.nz with the error, your order number and I’ll work quickly to correct the mistake.
Lost Mail
Every care is taken when sending items, however, occasionally mail does go missing. Most of the time, this tends to relate to delayed services as opposed to missing parcels and they eventually turn up.
